Honestly, you convinced me to think about teaming up with a screening service. So far, maybe I was just lucky, that I didn’t had too bad tenants. So thanks for the great tip!

Anything that makes tenant checking more simple & robust is very welcome, without infringing rights to privacy of course. No one wants a police state, but it is good to know who is staying in your holiday hom
