Identifying qualified leads… managing those leads… turning those leads into leases. How do you ensure that qualified leads are managed, measured and ultimately successful?
Using an efficient lead management process is certainly key to being successful in your lead conversions. Technology must be an important part of that system. Many property management software systems include lead management features to help you qualify, respond to and convert your leads.
Online software can also offer integrated marketing websites, allowing your leads to flow directly into your property management system. Services, such as RentCafe.com, provide online listings, lead qualification services, along with a 24/7 call center.

There are so many great tools for property managers to use compared to even a few years ago. Sites like Postlets.com that allows a property manager to upload their rental properties and have them syndicated out to numerous other sites, property management software that not only handles the accounting but allows a property manager to run credit and criminal background checks and collecting rent through online payment portals.
I couldn’t imagine not having this technology as a property manager but there was a time when these tools didn’t exist and I am just glad I wasn’t a property manager back then.
